Default 9C Dual Rate Setup

I have a Futaba 9C radio. I would like make the following switch assignments:

Switch B DOWN: Rudder low rates
Switch B UP: Rudder high rates
Switch D DOWN: Elevator low rates
Switch D UP: Elevator high rates (I can get this far)
Switch A DOWN: Aileron low rates
Switch A UP: Aileron high rates + Rudder and Elevator high rates.

Is this possible?

The theory here is that Switch B UP creates the ability to knife edge, stall turn, etc., with normal rates on the control surfaces other than the Rudder. Switch D UP creates the ability to do water falls, harriers, etc., with normal rates on the control surfaces other than the Elevator. Switch A UP puts high rates on all the control surfaces for spins, snap-rolls, etc.

Do you have a better suggested arrangement?
