Nice detailed photos Bill. I was able to see the slight gap you are refering to in your photos. Mine had a similar slight gap just like that which just required a little adjustment. Thanks to Gary's mod with the nylon Bolts, it was a super minor 10 minute adjustment. I spent probally a whole 30 cents for the nylon Bolts and drawed mine together so nice and tight that you couldn't get a grain of sand through there now.
