Dave and Neo, thanks for the imput on the Tuurus install. I think I'll try the Taurus first, just because It's already on my bench. If it's not enough, I'll hang a DA on it. Hopefully by that time they will have the Rod and or bearing Issue ironed out. I heard a rumor they are putting steel rods in the DA now.
I'm planning to go with a redundant power system. (2) 1650 Mh AA 6 volt NIMH reciever batteries. Using only one larger capacity battery will only save about 2 OZ in the long run.
