I wolud go with a saito 100 for good 3D preformance with APC 16x4W. I had a saito 100 in mine running 30% fuel for good pull out power. I few it so often I wore out the motor and installed a OS120 in its place. A .91 would fly it good but if your looking to do a lot of 3D you would be much better off with the 1.00
Thats basically my story. The UCD .60/Saito 100 is a good combo, but I feel the engine life would be prolonged in a sport model. With the UCD being my first 3D plane, I discovered just how much more you rely on flying off the prop wash, which multiplies throttle time and engine use. I wore out the Saito in one season. Instead of a larger Saito I went with a YS 110 and never looked back. Joe
