SO, It runs!!! but I cant get any top end and it seems to be very rich. One problem is that you cant adjust the carb. while it is running as the needles all point forward toward the prop! The carb. is a Tillotson and has an extra adjustment that I dont rcognose (see arrow). Any Idea what it is? It seems to be a VERY coarse mixture adjust.




Any suggetsions on getting it running right?
