gabrielg74 - BEAUTIFUL field, and great looking Exc. LOVE the canopy, good color choice. On your trim issues, you may want to verify that the thrust is correct. You could have some downthrust in there, assuming they got the incidences right on the stab/wing. Hopefully, the ply crutch of the motor mount can be used as a datum reference for longitudinal axis, but I have no clue.

What are the deflections (in degrees) you're using on elev/ailerons?
On my webpage under "hints" are some ideas for making deflection gauges cheaply, and there's also a trimming chart you may want to check out... it's pretty good.
