Stuff the backplate of the engine. What I mean is to add a piece of aluminum sheeting to the inside of the back cover. In order to use the maximum thickness of sheeting you can take off ~3/32" off of the crankpin without hurting a thing. Stuffing the case helps the engine draw in and expell out the fuel/air mixture more effieciently.
