The bubbles in the line are pretty normal.
The real problem here is the pushrod tube leaking. All YS engines must have a good crankcase seal to run properly. The leak must be fixed or you will continue to have problems.
If you can't do this yourself, get the engine to our service dept. and we will correct it for you.
