I just got done building my second UCD .46 ARF. My first one experienced major structeral failure in the horizontal satbilizer in where the port side departed the aircraft on it's 25th flight resulting in it's uncontrolled flight and eventual crash landing. The plane was powered by an OS 50sx and nothing out of the ordinary was being performed when the failure occured. Great Planes did replace the aircraft and I have included tail wires this time to hopefully not have to go through this again. I am upgrading from the 50sx to a SAITO FA-82 4 stroke. Will let you know how it goes this time around.
