If you want traction with rubber slicks, WD40 is all you'll ever need. Spray it on, rub it in, 15 minutes later you have little gooey tires just ITCHING to stick to the walls.

It's hard to tell from those pics, but if that surface is at all shiny, silicone foams will hook like you wouldn't believe.
