Voltage is like cubic inches in an engine. Going with a lower voltage is very much the same as going with a smaller glow engine; you won't have as much power. In fact, you may not have enough power to fly the airplane.
Without a better wayI question this comparison.
A Shockflyer and Hotliner both may use about 11-12V but the current is 4-8A to 100A. So one may compare Watts.
