Shoot! I have a .12 CV!!! Now you see what I mean by old...I didn't even remember the model!
Now, what I MEANT was use the .12 CV-R sleeve/piston combo inside my .12CV engine. THAT"S what I meant. Can this setup be accomplished without modifications to the block?

I remember someone asking this in the past, and then finding out that the answer was no. That CV-R sleeve/piston won't work with your CV. Sorry
On the other hand that CV-R piston/sleeve is quite pricey. Tower still has the OS 18 CV-R[x if you want it] for under 100 bucks, but that price CANNOT last. ...and seriously, talk about a REAL step up in the performance world.
