Vince, there are a few things I’m looking to understand tha might be answered on a manufacturers web site. First, I just bought the SIG 4*60 ARF. In the manual it say the plane is covered with Red Oracover #21-020. I understand that Oracover is the European equivalent to Ultracote. While working of the plane I had a minor mishap and now need some Ultracote to cover the rash. So my first question is “What is the Ultracote equivalent of Oracover #21-020”, is there a cross reference somewhere ? I called SIG and they told me it was Ultracote True Red, so I bought a roll and they are wrong as its not an exact match. Second, the Horizon Hobby web site is great if you know what you are looking for but poor if you are looking for a red to and trying to select the correct one. Third, I wanted to see if there were any other distributors in my area, other than horizon hobby distributors. And finally I wanted to better understand the product line, the Horizon site basically just sells the stuff, with the exception of the short tips note. The Oracover sites have much more content, but it’s all in other languages.
Sorry for the long response to the question but I’d appreciate any help.
Thanks
Mike
