I recently ordered an Airtech Blade Runner indoor helicopter because I was getting cabin fever and wanted something to harrass the cats with

This morning my long awaited ship finally came in and I opened the box. When they say ready to fly they aren't kidding.

All you have to do is open the box, unstrap the shipping wires, and undo a few pieces of tape and take off some protective tissue, install the antenna and tx battery (9volt) and do a little charging and you're set to go

It has a tiny rotor on the boom that lifts it to go foward and pushes it down to go backward. It has counter rotating blades, which allow it to turn left or right and the boom rotor handles the rest. I was actually able to get it to hover and fly reasonably well on my first charge

It's definately an indoor copter though, as it's way too light to fly outside. The transmitter has a cable that comes out the back to charge the flight pack and it also has an adapter to plug the tx into the wall while you recharge the heli. All in all a whole lot of fun indoors for those days you can't go outside for whatever the reason. They advertise 8 minute flights after the heli battery has been used a few times and on the first flight I got around five minutes of uninterrupted flight. This outta be a LOT of fun. The cats hate it by the way so I'm going to have to be careful not to let them near it when I'm not around. I still remember the day they managed to get my rc blimp down........Oh the humanity! hehehe
