What is the width of the negative shift pulse on my 9CAP transmitter? I assume it is in the 200 to 400 uS range, but can you be specific?

I tried to measure the pulse with a scope on one of the five pins after removing the RF module but could not find a pulse. I used the first pin on the left (viewed from back) as common for the scope. What am I doing wrong?
