no no no....much easier


Just take your knife, and cut exactly where you want it cut away. Juts cut about 1/3 to 1/2 way into the plastic.
Then bend the plastic at the cut, until it snaps in half.

you get a nice clean "cut" and it is very fast


The dremel will make a big mess, and it heats up the plastic.... not good
