RE: bought a firebird scout, good looking plane
I would like to add my .02 on HobbyZone. I recieved a Firebird XL for Christmas. It too developed a servo problem that would not allow a left turn. Worse yet, trying to turn left, caused an immediate right hand spiral into the ground. After two flights like this there was not a lot left undamaged.
I called HobbyZone's customer service and was instructed to send in the fues and the transmitter. Exactly one week later I recieved a brand new Firebird Comander. I was stuned, I really just wanted the original plane to work properly and I get a completely new plane.
I had been looking ahead to my next plane and was considering a SloStick. Now it will be the SloVee, No question.
I could not be happier with the way that HobbyZone handled my problem.

PS. The Comander is flying very well so far.
