RE: Shipping Status
After several attempts, I got a one-liner answer indicating that the product was back-ordered and they expect to be shipping sometime this week. With "free shipping" being UPS (Ground, I assume), I don't expect my order to arrive until late next week. I did ask why they didn't inform me of the back order status and they said that they didn't have that capability yet and they were planning on updating the website next month to provide that ability.
So...I guess we wait and if I don't get the product next week, I send another email to get an updated shipping status.
