Default RE: Funtana 90 What engine ???????? help

again... the ST2300 (1.40 size) has plenty of grunt and is reasonably priced about $165.00
ST engine $165.00 plus tax
Slimline muffler $55.00
18x6 Zinger Prop & spinner about $$45-55 depending on brand
can run 15% fuel

Now I have a Perry pump/carb on mine but it would run OK with the fuel tank behind firewall and using a uni-flow tank see at
www.rcaerobats.net for info on this engine and in the Acceleron link it talks about the uni-flow tank setup

An OS 1.60 is about $250 but is by far a bargin for the amount of power this engine puts out.

Smooth FLying...

I'am not doubting that a 180 would be fun on the plane. I guess i need to rephrase my question. I want an engine that will pull this plane out of a hover and not cost 400.00. It seems that the OS 160 is a pretty good engine and not a bad price. Just seems that it would stick way out of the cowl.
