4.8 - 6.0 volt

I want to switch my flight pack from 4.8 to a 6 volt . I have a MPi Y-harness with choke and a EXPERT Y-harness with reverser in my set-up. Are these two items compatible with a 6 volt , 5 cell battery pack ?
