Default RE: Help with old Fox ID

Came out about 1980. It's a 36 and was available as an R/C or C/L type motor. Said to be made out of a project engine that he got from Rozelle and Fry that didn't pan out. The motor had in effect a C/L tank for a muffler that fit over that round rear exhaust. It was held tight by one inept set screw that would promply let go.
I ran 2 of them and they wern't world beaters and they are bone ugly to boot. They requires quite a bit of running in to get them top go a tank without overheating. The cranks on both of mine were tight in the case and requires a little polishing to get them freed up. Do make sure that you use a castor based fuel for this motor.
They turn up occassionally on the bay. Once a NIB example went for $80.00, that's more then I'd pay for it.
