I just bent a piece of piano-wire and put a rubber tailwheel on it. It isn't steerable, but if you give it some down elevator and blip the throttle it will pick the tail up and scoot it over. If it is moving forward you can make almost proportional adjustments to your direction, and no more ground-loops.

Mounted my engine straight- flew fine. Same way it is pictured above. Also put an exhaust diverter on it- kept it 90% slime- free.

<----- Thats her there! Watch out, she can bite! Watch for tip stalling- and sometimes the elevator can get into a "shadow" when flying inverted.
