Talk about grabbing an old thread to post to! I get it, recycle everything, so as an update I am now out of o'rings. Put a Perry VP30 pump on it. Kinda hard to suck in air when its under fuel pressure at the o'ring. So far so good, but not enough time on it to tell yet.

BTW, each time it would start acting up (sucking air at the needle valve) after a few hours running time I would change the o'ring and everything was fine again.
