I charge mine overnight for about 12 hours. I use an ordinary tower hobbies wall charger (I don't remember how many amps it puts out). Seems to work well. When I used the regular radio system charger, I would plug the transmitter, plane, and flight box battery in the night before flying and unplug them the next day about noon. The flight box battery doesn't need charging as often though.
