Mine delaminated also... I ended up replacing the front plate myself, it's not that hard BUT if you don't want to pull every screw, Gimbel, switch and PC board out of your radio don't bother trying... send it to hobby services.

When I spoke with hobby services I asked if the switch label stickers were on the new face plate... he said yes... well there not. I managed to pull mine off with only a small tear on one corner. I used a very thin double side tape called "Heat Tape" to reattach...we used this stuff at work to make on the fly splices on HUGE roll's of paper at 1000 FPM line speed's... I think it will hold
anyway I placed the label on the tape and traced around it using a sharp hobby knife then just stuck it back down. the other thing that's stuck on is the small plate the covers the LED's... used the same heat tape here. I'd bet there not that much and had I known I would have just ordered new stickers and LED cover plate.
