I have seen #6 in action, turning over ys140's and 160dz's, even a moki 2.10 with ease.
I have that same starter. In fact, I have #6. It's a compact 3:1 gear reduction starter that comes with twin 7.2V 3000mAh battery pack, giving it 14.4 volts. The starter body itself is even smaller than the Kavan starter body. However, this starter can turn over my Saito 150 with ease whereas the Kavan struggles in doing so:
