There is an easy test to see if your aileron servos are fighting each other. Disconnect one of the linkages ball links so you can just slide it on later. Now power up everything and see if the linkage you disconnected will just slide on the bolt at aileron center (it should go on without too much resistance). If it does not, you know the servos are binding. Try the end points. Then try at all points in between. This is a good test to see if you have a non-binding aileron setup.

Another thing you can do is get a H9 in line servo current meter. That will test if you are drawing excess current.
