I am NOT using 75 mhz for air use or 72 mhz for surface use.

All I wanted to know was, if I bought a tx + rx crystal set @ 75mhz, I could use it in my car transmitter, and in my airplane one for robotics (SURFACE) use.

I'm quite aware of the FCC regulations.
