I want to upgrade my video card. I tried to upgrade to a Nvida FX5600 256mb. For some reason my computer wouldn't run it. I brought down to work and put it in a computer just like mine and it worked. I have a Nvida geforce4 m420 now and it doesn't do to bad a job. But would like to upgrade. When it wouldn't run in my computer I figured there was something wrong with the AGP slot. So since I have an in house extended warranity I made them replace the mother board. Still wouldn't run the new card. We have uninstalled the old card and tried everything. Someone told me they think I need a bigger power pack. What are other people running for cards and do you have any suggestions on my problem. I have a Dell Demension 4550 P-4 2.4gig has 512ram. Don't want to spend a fortune.
