Open up the computer, look at the 'slots' on the motherboard. APG slots are brown in color were as PCI slots are usually white. thats the quickest way to tell.
the slots are next to or near the back of the computer with access doors to the outside.
APG cards have a broader bandwidth (work faster)
PCI cards are generally used on older computers but are on newer machines
