What you are describing is a fairly common problem with earlier revisions of the castle creations firmware on the controllers. You should email them and they will likely reprogram it and send it back for free... I had the same thing on my 25, not as bad as yours but sometimes made me think the motor mount might bust off.. I just dealt with it until this winter and they had me send it back. Seems to be running fine now. Haven't noticed any of the stuttering yet but only have made a handful of flights.
