It 's probably a bit too late to answer but...anyway,

The problem is your ESC. TEU 101 BK only handles 27T stock motors, but you installed 15T. It is not a problem when you go slow but as soon as you hit the accelerator, your esc begins to warm up and overheat safety kicks in, locking all the controls. Without this safety option you would probably end up with a grilled ESC by now.

Get a better ESC which can handle lower turn motors
