I just got my Arrow trainer, and am just getting started with the sim that was included with the plane <that only include the arrow, and the 40 and 60 alpha>. I have made some successful landings, and even more fireball landings. Once I get the hang of the sim, I'm going to the field to get an instructor. Now, I'm already looking <probably in a year or so depending on my field time> ahead to the point of moving to a low wing plane <friend wants to buy my trainer when I get good enough to change to something else>. Is there any warbird or bipe or something else I can add to the existing software to get a feel for a low wing plane before I actually get the plane, or would I have to get another sim? I downloaded a couple of free planes, but I think that the hangar 9 version has blocks in it to keep anything else from working. If any of you guys have the same software and can get a Funtana or P-40 to load, I'd like to hear how you did it.
