Default how to brace fin and stab on excelleron 50

hi guys

I have a Excelleron 50 with an OS 91 Surpass for power. I have JUST flown it and the combination is awesome!
however, i have noticed with the large 4 stroke up front, the tail feathers rattle around and have an awful lot of movement.

I have experienced some fatigue cracks in the stab, which now have to be re glued (i am just using thin cyano). But i thought if i could brace the fin and stab, it would help a lot.

I have never used bracing before, but i thought about just getting some small diameter brass tubing (like fuel tank tubing), flattening the ends, and then screwing them to the plane; one on each side starting at the top of the fin, and then attaching to the outer top surface of the stab...

what do you guys think?
or shouldnt my tail be vibrating so much in the first place!!
