The mount is cool, but I might just go with a backplate mount for simple strength. I did mods to the nose of mine which seem like they should do the trick, and from the top the plane looks more scale (but then, it's a foamy so, why do I care?!?!) but the tried and true backplate is a quicker and easier method.
