RE: Pay it forward (Was freebie and free engine)
I am also the kind of person that doesn't like to ask for much. Although I used to be like that, I have really found the meaning of a dollar. It used to be where I would spend that money just about the second I got it. It just kept burning a whole in my pocket. Since I'm 16 and school is more important than work, I only started working in the summer cutting grass. I made alot of money doing that though. But, now I don't want to spend any money.
That's beside the point. It's always good to have nice people at the field who will, for use of a better word, "give" you something. Like I'm about to get a gallon of fuel from someone so I can try it out. It's 30% and I've been using 15% now. But it's just that I'm getting that and that will save me a gallon of fuel. I really need this though. With all that money I saved, I bought a Raptor 30 helicopter. Got a good deal but then got a Funtana 40 and spent the remainding $900 on that. I only have about $30 left now. But it is very nice to get things from people. I hate to ask for things, like I said, but if you really need it, then you will do anything, especially when you are wanting to get involved with this hobby. I really got off topic there for a while, and I'm sorry for that but just had to say something.
I'm trying to make it with the money I have left on me. $40 like I said to my name. But I manage well.
I love this thread, and I'm so happy to see that alot of people are getting helped out in a great way by many generous people. I'm very glad that I found this forum and I don't know what I'd do if I didn't. (I guess we'll never find out huh??)
Thanks alot
