That is one BEAUTIFUL Stuka. Excellent. Very good posts here today.
I am still plonding along at my usual snailspace, putting together the Stuka. Had a little problem. I didn't like the ugly yellow stripe on the fuselage, (ugly because the underneath colors was showing), so I carefully peeled it off. Surprisingly, half the "underneath" is balsa, the other half was the olive and/or black coverite. Now.... I guess I will dope the balsa - tape it off - and spray paint "cub yellow coverite", UNLESS someone has a better idea.
The aileron servor issue is done. I glued small hardwood blocks in there (trapping the servor) with a screwed down strap of wood over the servo. Tight as a button. Worked good. If anyones interested I can take a photo and give a first try at posting a picture.
