ZDZ 80 RV: Prop spindle shaft/nuts not included anymore? Baffled Supersonic?

Just received a ZDZ 80 RV w/Supersonic inverted Pitts style muffler. Couple of things I need cleared up:
1) The instructions clearly state in bold print that the 10mm prop spindle shaft and lock nuts should be used, but were not included in the shipment. The package did include the other 6 bolts and prop washer. Was I shorted the spindle components or are they not needed? NOTE: Just called Andrea, shipping spindle and prop nuts
2) In another thread someone said that there are baffled and unbaffled versions of the muffler? When I ordered the muffler, I did not see on the site a choice - so is it safe to assume that any new Supersonics are baffled? Noise is an issue at my field.
