Default Great Planes 1/3 Scale Pitts Special

I want to finally get into bipes. I've been flying for about 8 years now (by myself, taught myself) and I think it's time to get my first bi-plaine. I've been using Great Planes products for many years and have been happy with their performance and quality. I wanted to know if the Great Planes 1/3 Pitts ARF would be a good Bipe to start with? Is it somewhat stable at low speeds? Can I fly simple maneuvers till I'm use to it and ready for more advance stuff? Also, I would like to get a Gasoline engine for it. They recommend a 2.5 cu in (41cc) gasoline/oil mix. Will I have any trouble with an engine like that?

Thanks for any info. This will be very exciting getting to try a new style plane and a new type of engine. Any helpful links will be appreciated.

Thanks again, great site
