Although I haven't used my G-2 in about a year, I noticed this thread[:-]. I downloaded the Edge with the stars and stripes. I extracted the files to a folder outside of G-2. I then moved the DDS file only into the G-2 color schemes folder. I fired up G-2 and it worked[X(].
You may also open the DDS file if you have Photo-shop 7 or higher (this will also give you access to the transparent channel for canopies[sm=idea.gif]). You must add a DDS plug-in and DLL files to Photo-shop to do this[>:]. This allows you to save the file as a TARGA file. The TARGA file can be edited with Photo-shop to get a clear or colored transparent canopy (a pilot in there) or you may make paint changes to the scheme. When you move the TARGA file to to the paint scheme folder, G-2 will automatically make a DDS file from the TARGA. If you have Photo-shop see my web page about opening DDS files. I hope this helps

.
After Post: Oops I downloaded the wrong plane[sm=spinnyeyes.gif]. I will try the Blaine Austin tonight. I notice the download file looks like something other than a Zip-File. What program opens the download or is it an auto-installer exe?

Anybody figure out if they work in G2?
