Another thing to inspect is the belly fuse joint from the wing saddle to the tail tip. Mine had a few small voids where the joint would open. I had cut an opening where the tailwheel would be for venting then dripped some foam safe CA held the fuse on an angle and let it run forward the length of the joint. More fuse venting at the location of the exhausts.
How are people mounting their controller power switch? Inside the compartment or cutting a notch and having it show on the side?
