there's a difference between a carb restrictor like this

course, I never understood using a carb restrictor myself. if your engine has enough power to where you can't put it down, why not downgrade to a lower performance engine?
cause I had an RB concept .12 and i couldnt afford two different engines. Trust me, on a long track (which the long striaght track just closed up) it was really noticeable.Most tracks are short now so my 65 dollars dynamite still whips on the 200+ nova and fantom crowd.
