Default RE: Electric 3d problems

Use thin ply for reinforcement, make sure it is ancored with correct glue. I have used 2mm pins through the motormount and 3-4 cm backwards ancored in slots in the foam and it worked fine on my Shockys.
But: do you balance your props thoroughly??? Never expect a new propellar to be in balance! Unbalanced propellars would just tear a weak foamie apart.
