You have to remember that he removed 1/4 inch from the carb block. This would change the timing on any mechanical advance engine. The Brison line of engines are great from the factory and without user modifications.

Is this a normal problem of the engine being this far out of time. I am considering a good 50CC motor and the brison is on my list. I figured it would come set correctly from the factory.
