Default RE: For those who love World War Two Fighters

G'day Guys
I am an Aussie currently working in Seattle. My FW190D-9 is a modified Topflite kit. It has a Skyshark cowl, Pica gun hood and intake. Robart air retracts and oleo struts and is now powered by a Saito 100 with 14X8 prop. The BF110 is owned by another Aussie I work with. It is a discontinued Czech Kit originally designed for twin electrics. The owner had the urge to put twin OS25 FX's in it. The sound alone if worth the effort. Electrics just don't cut the cake when it comes to the noise of a twin. The Zero I believe is a Kyosho ARF and the P51 is a Hanger9 ARF which was completely stripped and glassed. Repainted by airbrush, its an awesome job.
The weather here all winter was dry and clear. Great flying weather. Yesterday was like spring. You could have got a suntan.
