Having originated all this nonsence, time for an update.

Bad news is my Eclipse is probably toast. The engine stumbled on takeoff and while the fuse is repairable the wings are badly hurt. The engine was getting low on compression, I figure over 12 gallons of fuel has run through it. I have a new piston and sleeve for it and will probably install new bearings.

The good news is I stumbled on this old thread while searching for information on my "new" Curare. It is an untouched original MK kit with fiberglass fuse, foam sheeted wing kit and "new" in package Spring Air retracts. It even has the speed brake flap option! Thinking of putting her together soon. Unfortunately I sold my Hanno motor but still have options.

Debating on whether to use my rear exhaust pumped os rf or I also have a nib side exhaust pumped os 61. Thoughts?
