Default RE: New CA models Epsilon build (easy as pie)

I will be ordering an Epsilon soon and am wondering about the elevator hookup after building a Widebody. I used the MK bellcrank and have a .72 Saito, but the plane is tail heavy. Final CG will probably be around the 38% point unless I add weight.

I am considering using a wooden dowel for the elevators when I build the Epsilon. Similar to the DEPS, I would have 2 control rods on the end of the dowel going out to each elevator. The dowel would slide in a tube to keep it rigid and from vibrating. Does anyone see any problems using this method?

One last question is battery drain from 4 Futaba S3151s. I'll be using a 1100 mah battery pack and have no idea how much time it will give me with the 4 digital servos.
