What kind of flying are you doing to get that long of flight time with 8 to 9 mins. on the stock pack? Are you even hitting half throttle? If you are that is excellent time with the stock nicad pack. I was also looking at going to the scr 2400 or gp 3300mah packs but I know this will add more weight up front which I am not to fond of. Are you flying off of a hard surface or grassing it? Thanks
