Both planes are good sport flyers and don't have any bad habits that I found. The second version has a foam wing and is set up for a central flap but I don't think it really helps as the plane slows down fine and lands easily. I've had two stroke 61 and 90 and four stroke 91 and 1.20 in them, obviously the higher powered planes have plenty of vertical. Still have one that I recovered in Cornhusker colors and decals. A tail dragger would be a good change to make.
