I just use the same red high temp permatex on the bolts that I do on the muffler. Has worked fine on the DA50/Slimline combo also. When you put your Slimline on, be sure to put permatex between the muffler and the steel reinforcement plate on the outside of the muffler. If you don't, oil will leak out between the plate and muffler. Don't ask how I know.........
